How Japanese Koi Carp Auctions Work

Before placing a bid on a Koi auction, you must have an account with us. Its safe, quick and easy to set an account up and your details are stored safely and only with Warwickshire Koi. You must add your payment details prior to bidding, this is to authenticate your participation. You will ONLY be charged if you win! Once you are set up, you are good to go!

A few rules

Bidding on a Koi auction is easy but there are some things to be aware of below:

All bids are final and can not be cancelled
Please be sure when setting up an account to fill in your contact detail fields
Bids are set to an Auto bidding system and are set to £5 increments
If you bid within the final minute of an auction, one further minute will be added to prevent last second bidding
All Koi must be either shipped or collected the week following the auction
You MUST be logged into your account to view and bid during an auction
To view videos of each Koi, click on the small video icon underneath the Koi’s main photo on the bidding pages

After the Auction

Our Koi auctions always end on a Sunday and Warwickshire Koi will contact all winning participants the following day to arrange collections or deliveries. Koi can not be collected on the day of winning. Delivery is a fixed price of £39.99 with our courier. If you need delivery, this can be arranged separately after the auction. For support, please message/whatsapp – 07464688234. Please note, we can ship 4/5 Tosai in one box if you wish to bid on multiple Koi.
